problem with Titan Mobile

Dear Avolites,
after serveral re-installations of the Titan software I'm not able to patch any fixtures, and there are no outputs visible in the DMX settings. Titan is activated with a full license. The Mobile console seems OK to me, I can check this with USB Expert. Some screenshots attached. When I close Titan Mobile I get an error message but since no email is configured on the Titan Mobile machine, I can not send the report.
What can I do to solve this ?
