Hi
I have little problem getting token file from my Expert Titan.
I allready have teporary licens, now trying to get permanent.
At the place where it should show me drive with token file, it does not show me anything. I refresh it many times and still does not show me anything.
Im not sure if I expained it correctly but maybe somebody have the same problem?

I have 7.4 software and all the uptades has been done.

Have you tried a different Usb thumbdrive? It might just not recognise it for some reason. You could also try using one of the Usb ports on the back of the console in case there is a problem with the front port.

No no.. Im trying to export token file from my desk... And I went System---Enter new licence---and so on----- now when it shhould show drive where I can export it, it does not show me anything...

Have you tried a different usb stick?

same thing happened to me last week.

I tried every usb port, and 3 different drives, and it would never even recognize the drive.

I finally put it back in another computer, right click on the drive and format it first, then one of mine worked.

I had the same problem with installing new licens IN TIGER TOUCH

How I solved the problem.

1 Request a new licens from AVOLITES
2 When you've got the new, open in notpad to check the file.
At the beginning of the file, it can be a lot of unread characters. Delete them away
3 To be sure also open the file you sent to AVOLITES and check those first signs.
4 Compare!
5 Save the file.
6 Copy the file to the ROOT of the USB stick that you did to get the first serial number.
