Unusual problem

Did some programming on my new TM the other day and then did a show with no problems.. today I fired up the console and all the stuff I programmed after a certain point of the day (not sure at which point this incident occured) was no longer there. I normally would assume that I didn't save (although I know for certain I had saved several times) but every fader that had something programmed to it will no longer allow me to put anything else there! They're just dead faders.. I've tried deleting but it says they are empty... I may have just done something stupid but would really appreciate some feedback on this.

I honestly had forgotten all about that problem and it must have been fixed with a software update.. sorry I can't be more help.
