Azure Midi issues

Hey!

I am working in a nightclub with 2x Azure 2000 consoles and I am unable to get the Midi to work on them. I used the "Midi Screen" to watch as my computer successfully sent the appropriate Midi comands to the console, yet the console fails to execute the desird command. This leads me to believe that it's a problem with the software considering that the "midi screen" even confirms the proper transfer of the midi command from my laptop to the board.

Please help!
