I have this problem. Recently i updated our Pearl Expert console to version 7.4. After entering a token and restarting a console, i couldn't load any of my shows saved on internal hard drive. It always says - Failed to load show. I loaded the show from my USB drive and it works fine, I tried to copy showfiles from USB and replace those on internal hard drive but it didn't help.
any idea where the problem can be, or how to resolve this problem ?
It really bothers me load alwys show files from USB.

What happens if you load the show from Usb and then save it to internal? Can you then load it ok from internal?

What version did you upgrade from?
