Hi,all.
I have a Pearl Expert(NOT PRO) running on v6.1.
I want to update to v7,but my desk's CPU is still core duo,no update kit installed.
Can I update to v7 without hardware update kit installed?
Can I use v7 comfortably without update kit installed?

Yes, you could do that, and it should run. However, depending from when your console was built, you might at least consider extending the memory to 2 GB.

Of course, the faster processor in the PRO consoles makes everything behaving a little faster. But the software runs on the older hardware as well.
