TM Dongle not found

Postby Beast » 09 Mar 2014, 20:09

Hi all.

Have just updated two Pcs to v7.3. Have requested and got license for TM on one and T1 on the other. When reversing the licensing procedure Eg: T1 on one, which worked, i get a "Dongle not found" on the other with TM. Tried running USB expert and the panels worked, i could see the values change when moving faders and buttons, so TM connected. Also tried the licensed T1 and worked too. Any suggestions?

Sincerely

Make sure panel firmware is all up-to-date (Usb Expert/Service).

Please check that Windows is using the correct drivers for the Titan Mobile as follows:
  • Ensure the Titan Mobile is connected to your PC using the top connector (A).
  • Open Device Manager.
  • Expand the category called System devices.
  • Right click on Avolites Security Key and select Update Driver Software...
    • If Avolites Security Key does not appear, expand the category called Avolites and check if TM-MB appears twice.
    • Usually it is the second one that you need to update but if you select the wrong one it will not do any harm.
  • Select Browse my computer for driver software.
  • Then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  • From the list select USB Input Device and click Next.
  • Once the driver has finished installing close the dialog and Device Manager.
  • Start the Titan Mobile software.
