Personalities on Pearl Tiger

Hi all.

Sorry if this is obvious, but we have a Pearl Tiger, that we want to update the personalities. Since we only stock and work on Titan desks, i have a couple of questions. Have downloaded both personality disks, and installed the first on a USB.
Can i install the second half on the same stick at once? Or do i have to do it one at a time?
When inserting the stick in the desk, which should i choose to synchronise? The internal stick AVO 0 or the inserted stick AVO 1?
