cuelist problems

Hi,

I'm using a Pearl Tiger Touch with system 7.2 in a musical and I'm having a different troubles running and recording:

Recording:
The board turns very slow after a two or three hours recording cues
The cues don't respect colours
Running:
Some cues don't do the right fade in, by ex: a cue with 4 sec fade in seems like doesn't happen and suddenly the light make it in zero.
I lost the final cue for a playlist! I recorded it two days ago and last night running the show there was not there!
I recorded a scene with several cues, I rehearsal with the light operator and everything was ok; when we run the show at night a couple of cues doesn't happen.

The light operator are making things like updated cues alive or recording palettes during the show, is that could be a problem?
My playlists have around 175 cues, this could a problem?
Delete cues from this large playlists, could be a problem?
