Shapes in Theatre Stack

Hi, I have an Avolite Pearl 2000 Desk on loan from another venue and I am having a problem when trying to program in Theatre Stack Mode. I can program static states fine, but when I have a state that includes a running shape, the shape does not get recorded. I have tried both Record Stage, and Record Programmer, but neither work. I have to plot tomorrow, can you suggest what might be wrong?

To program shapes into the Theatre Stack you must have Version 1 software or above.
You also can only record shapes that are in the programmer. It does not work with shapes that are running off the playbacks.
To record a shape into the programmer whilst in Theatre Programming.
1) Press Shape Generator [Softkey B].
2) Setup the shape you require.
3) Exit Shape Generator.
4) Select Record Menu [Softkey D].
5) Select Record Programmer [Softkey D].
You should find that the shape is recorded into the step. The fade time of the shape is the LTP fade time of the step.

How do you put a shape in theatre stack on the azure 2k desks?
Been struggling with this problem for some time now.
