In particular since this is somewhat urgent, you should be in touch with your avo distributor, or with Avolites directly: call +44 208 965 8522, or write to
repairs@avolites.com. And be prepared to provide as much information as possible: serial number, which version, upgrade path etc.
Btw., there was a change for the dongle connection point when version 5 was released: the dongle is supposed to sit at the USB hub, left to the motherboard - not on top of the motherboard, how it was util mid 2012:
