The last time my tiger touch was working I shut it down as normal then the next day when I started it up it says dongle not found. I've done upgraded and downgraded versions, and did the recovery. I have a sold out concert this saterday and we are in kinda a panic to get this fixed ASAP. Any ideas?

In particular since this is somewhat urgent, you should be in touch with your avo distributor, or with Avolites directly: call +44 208 965 8522, or write to repairs@avolites.com. And be prepared to provide as much information as possible: serial number, which version, upgrade path etc.

Btw., there was a change for the dongle connection point when version 5 was released: the dongle is supposed to sit at the USB hub, left to the motherboard - not on top of the motherboard, how it was util mid 2012: http://www.avolites.com/Portals/0/Downl ... N-0191.pdf

Also, there were some BIOS-related changes with version 6. When'upgrading/downgrading', have you applied those changes, too? Did you check the BIOS at all?

I have talked with brad here in the states, he was very helpful trying to help diagnose and trouble shoot the problem but for some reason I can't get ahold of him to get any updates. With our situation I need to move on to somewhere else to find a solution. As of now all I can come up with is the dongle is defective. The console isn't quite a year old and we did go through the stuff mentioned in the post. It was purchased with vers. 6 and all the changes were already done.

Can you check the date-time of your console ?
I had the same problem with my Titan Mobile when the motherboard battery failed. The computer lost the date time, and when starting Titan it said Dongle not found.
Just adjusted the date and it was working again. I assume it was related with the 'License day remaining'.

If it can helps ....
