Can't establish CITP connection with PRG Mbox Studio 3.6.1.
In Active Fixtures dialog only empty space.
But I can patch Mbox manually and control through Artnet connection without thumbnails.

Firstly, please can you ensure that you have the latest personality library installed, you can download the latest library from here. Note that the personality library is not automatically updated when the software is upgraded.

Next, double check that your IP addresses are all in the same range (e.g. the same apart from the last number) and that all your subnet masks are identical. If either of these is wrong the devices may not be able to detect one another over CITP even if ping or Art-Net is working.
