Pearl 2000 + Graphic tablet

Hello everyone.
I recently have taken over the lighting department on our company.
The first thing to do is test everything and see if it is working OK.
I stopped when I found that the Genius graphic tablet connected to our Pearl 2000 dont work AT ALL!
I have checked everything that I can come up with ( fuses / cables / settings in the menu and so on ) but i cant get it to work.
Does anyone have some kind of servicemanual so I can check voltage and so on. Well... Any hints at all is welcome.
