Software 7.1 Freezing on Shutdown

I recently updated a Pearl Expert to software 7.1, and I am noticing that the console freezes every time it is told to shut down. Not seeing any error messages; just freezes on the shutdown screen. Anyone else run into this issue and find a solution?

Does the console shutdown after a while (e.g. after a few minutes) or does it remain on the shutdown screen indefinitely?

Personally I've had it last 10 plus minutes.... Which while not indefinitely feels like forever when you want to restart the software.
This is on a Titan mobile

The delay ending Titan on PC suite is known. But I've never seen this on an Expert, either standard or pro. Usually it is maybe ten seconds or so displaying 'shutting down' followed by a blank screen for another few.

On our expert, it stays frozen on the shutting down screen overnight; not just for 10 minutes or so.
We are also noticing that the board crashes when switching between titan and classic mode as well
