Fixture Personality Library updates

Dear Avolites,

is it possible to download updated (or new created) Fixture Personality files from your website ?
Some fixtures which have been updated have a green status "Awaiting Upload" but these fixtures are not yet available in the library.

If they're awaiting upload then they almost certainly aren't available yet. I think normally once they're in that status they should be available the next working day, but it may be that sometimes this isn't possible. Have they been in this status long?

I have requested a change to the JEM K1 Hazer on 28/08/2013.
I don't know when this fixture was updated, but I am sure it has the status "Awaiting Upload" for several weeks now.
Also I would like to download the personality for Inoage Madrix 3, which is also in the same status.
