sapphire touch loses network connectivity during shows but it happens at random times, any thoughts on what it could be

What serial number is it?

If it was one of the first ones, then probably a BIOS setting might be wrong which causes the network adaptor to 'hibernate'.

i think its numbrer 015, but why would it go to sleep while artnet is running
