when i have upgraded the titan version 7 the Expert titan is working perfectly but the Expert classic is not working (the dmx output is not available).

Unfortunately, this is indeed the case. Due to changes required for Titan the physical DMX ports on the Pearl Expert will no longer work in Classic mode. As an alternative you can use Art-Net to output in Classic mode.
