I am trying to do some programming while out on the road using the Titan Simulator and Visualizer.. I can load my show with no problem but I cannot get the Sapphire virtual panel to do anything.. all the other panels work fine but they only give me the first 10 faders of each page.. Am I missing something?

Unfortunately there is no ST simulator at the moment. All I can suggest is that you use one of the other simulators or T1 (probably easier) and record items in workspaces, possibly structured in pages. You can then move them to physical handles once you're at the console. Note that any items currently on physical handles can be moved to workspaces temporarily via show library if necessary.

Hopefully there will be a ST simulator available in a future version.
