Titan Mobile Connecting to ipad app

I have a Titan Mobile running on my laptop in my private domain of 192.168.100.xxx. My ipad connects to the same network. I have a show up on titan mobile and when I launch the ipad titan app, it does not see my show. All it sees is the titan emulator show. My ipad only has wifi - it does not have cell service.

My titan mobile pc is at ip 150 and the ipad is at 128 and the network mask is the same on each (255.255.255.0).

Any help is appreciated.

this happened to me as well on an android smartphone, all i did was restart the phone and it worked perfectly

I should have stated that I have tried rebooting the iPad - no luck. Tried turning airplane mode on/off - still no luck.
