Hi,

When the Titan Mobile software is running there are two programmes on the task bar that are open, one is the titan software and the other is an Avolites programme that when opened just has a black screen with a red T on it. Obviously this programme is vital to the Titan software however when I close the Titan software this programme stays open and unlike before (V6.1) it used to take a few seconds then it would close this just stays open. If I then go to close it by opening it and pressing the X in the top right corner it comes up programme is not responding would you like to close it, I hit close and it closes. This happens every time I close the Titan Software. Its not a problem to me or causing any other areas of the software to malfunction but thought you guys might like to know.

Also well done on V7, really nice and so far have found no bugs.

Win8 full updates

Did a V6.1 to v7 update .. tried an uninstall, restart and reinstall same issue

The window with the red T on it is the Titan engine which is stores the showfile and handles all the DMX processing. In version 7 it has been changed to wait for all communication connections to close properly before the application exits. This avoids problems that prevented saving the showfile or shutting down correctly however this may take about a minute over the time required in version 6. This should not be cause for concern and it is advisable to wait for Titan to close to ensure that everything is saved correctly.

I let it go for a while a couple of times like 5 mins +

alI have done is test it local with my titanone attached or just normal titan Sim. load an old show play around and test .

I've even just opened titan loaded the show then shut down it seems to stay up for quite some time. I'll do some more exact testing tho

Of course now I can not replicate it .
