There is a strange thing happened.
I made a show file on Program mode and checked it on Run mode. Then, I went back to the Program mode to modify it. I pushed one of playback faders up, which was a memory recorded, but it did not output anything. Also, there was nothing on the LCD screen. However, there was output on VDU screen.
Moreover, the LCD screen looked strange, it was not normal.
Have you heard something like it before?
Is there a solution on it?

Could you please email the show file to me and let me know which playbacks you where talking about.

Also could you give me a more detailed description of what you mean by the LCD screens not being normal.
