I use a Titan Mobile for some time with a touchscreen PC (HP desktop).
Everything worked perfectly until now, but now I have a very annoying problem.
When I turn on the PC (connected with the Titan Mobile over) touch the computer works. I launch the app, touch works everywhere. By cons after a time to use the Titan Mobile, the touch does not work in the software of the Titan Mobile (but touch works on the rest of the computer). I precise that I haven't touched the settings (or those of the software or from Windows).
If I raise the software is the same thing (at first it works, but not after).
Do you have any idea of ​​the problem ? For all the mouse is not very handy !

Only thing I can say: you are not alone - a guy in germany has the same issue, and so far we couldn't work out a solution. We already did whatever possible, including several full uninstalls and new installs, also disabled all touch-related features which come with the box. No avail so far. Now we are waiting for v7, in the remote hope that this might solve the issue.

Just a far shot: start the Simulator with the Mobile connected. Does it behave correctly? Does the spoiler still occur (random DMX output every now and then)?

So I tried what you told me.
If I run the Simulator with the Titan Mobile connected DMX works well, I even believe that the problem of the touch screen is not there (but maybe I have not tested enough) !

So, does this workaround help you for the moment? No DMX spoiler with the Mobile connected to the simulator?

What exactly do you want say with "spoiler" ? That there is a malfunction with DMX ?
If it is that, so no, there is no problem. DMX works.

I also speak German, but not very well ! I'm in French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse Romande)…

The 'spoiler' is occasional random values output across all channels.

Ok. So no DMX spoiler with the Titan Mobile connected to the simulator.

I made more precise tests timing (how long before the touchscreen doesn't work), maybe it helps...

By running the Titan Mobile software :
Without doing anything (just press a button to test every 15 seconds) :
6min40 - 5min30 - 5min40
Making handling (record, cue list, menu navigation, etc..) :
5min40 - 5min50 - 5min50

By running the Simulator :
No problem with touchscreen.
