sapphire touch programmer don't respond

sapphire touch programmer don't respond, i have to open the console and press the reset button under the programming section of the board

Hi,

You'll need to give our service department a call on +44 (0)20 8955 9232, or failing that - your local distributor. This sounds like something best rectified over the phone.
Used to work at Avo. Freelance now.
