Changing the dimmer wheel side in Personality editor

I've been trying to create a personality file for a technobeam that puts the dimmer channel on the right encoder wheel instead of the left. The reason for this is that when running in takeover mode to enable all attribute banks one must be in dimmer mode, however, the encoder wheel is so close to the rightmost playback fader that the wheel is often bumped, with the result being that the dimmer channel is inadverdantly "grabbed" by the programmer, which can cause the intensity to jump to 00 and not fade in/out with the cues or playbacks.
When I changed the fader bank value in the personality to "61" instead of "1", the percentage display moves there, but the console doesn't display the "dimmer" heading over it and the encoder has no effect on the fixtures' intensity. I read all through the personality file chapter in the manual, but i couldn't figure it out. Anyone?
