Winamp problem delay timecode

Hello.
I have to throw a cuelist synchronized with music.
I use winamp.
The problem is: when I move the bar seeking the timecode is delayed 1 or 2 seconds.
I have to do stop the timecode sync properly.
This is a big problem for me because I have always start from stop.
Any solution?, I'm desperate, I have to synchronize many changes ...
