Titan Mobile - Driver Issues

I'm trying to get Titan running on a Lenovo desktop machine - it's a ThinkCentre M90p. (Intel i5 processor, 3.2GHz with 4Gb of RAM). Windows 7 Pro is installed. I have both a Titan One and a Titan Mobile, and can't get either working with the computer. The problem appears to be driver-related, however the software installs fine and recognises the hardware without difficulty on two other machines that I have on hand - a Macbook running Boot Camp and an older HP laptop, both of which are running Windows 7 (although I'm not sure if it's Pro, Home Premium, or what)
The problem I have is that the installer doesn't seem to be installing drivers for the hardware.
When I look in "Devices and Printers", the mobile wing shows up, but has an alert beside it:

Following the "troubleshoot" option prompts me to get a driver installed:

However Windows fails to find a driver, either on the computer itself or online.

When I run the same installation on either of the other machines, it completes fine without any problems. There's obviously nothing missing in the installer package, it appears to be some specific incompatibility, either with my machine or the particular flavour of Windows that I have.
I phoned Avo this afternoon, and it was suggested that I uninstall the software and reinstall it, all with the Mobile wing disconnected. I went through all the steps, but the fresh installation has exactly the same problem.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the next step I should take?
