Controling D4 via Ethernet

I'm programmer and I develop software for TV shows.
I'm going to control D4 Elite from my PC program via Ethernet.
I want to change lights setting simultaneously with TV graphics.
How can I do that?

The LD I work with has been using PC Anywhere on both the console and his laptop. He has even setup a wireless network so he can use his laptop as a remote focus tool.
