Hi
I tried to connect to Titan Mobile to 2 different media server software with CITP protocol. First - Katrin media Server, second - PRG MBox studio.
No problem with controlling software with ArtNet. But there was no any fixtures in Active Fixture dialog, when I tried to get thumbnails.
What wrong? Can you help me, or I must contact to support of media server developers?

Regardning Katrin, I submitted the required changes to Avolites just some days ago. I can send the files to you if you send me an e-mail; and I can make you a contact with the guy who wrote the changes.

Regarding M-Box, I would expect the same thing: you just need to edit the CitpFixtureMapping.xml - but in order to do this, you need to know some little tricks about the information M-Box is sending.

Now there is no problem with patching active fixture. But something wrong with thumbnails...
