Avolite Rolacue 2000 Pearl can't store Palettes

So its either I can't store palettes or I can't recall palettes. Read the manual about a dozen times and still can't get it to work. Process: select fixtures, move pan and tilt to were i want them, hit STORE FOCUS, then type the number 1, finally press ENTER to save. I clear out my programmer and reselect the fixtures move them to a different position and recall palette 1. Process: hit numerical pad #1 then soft key to recall palette. Nothing happens the fixtures never move. All this is being done in Program mode.

Can anyone tell me if i'm doing something wrong or what i could do to fix this??

PS. I need an answer sorta fast IE by tomorrow at the latest so if possible that would be great!

The only thing I can think of is to check the attribute bank selection before recording and recall. In the Classic software the bank keys act as a mask. In default configuration this means that to store and recall a positional palette you would need to have either dimmer or pan/tilt attribute bank selected.
