Tiger not start

Would start my AVO tiger touch now on the gig!

It refuses to start. Windows starts OK when Titan software starts, it looks good but then nothing happens

It is only "paw" on the screen!

Have tried on restarting in slightly different ways! The same fault!
Took up the upgrade again from AVO installed on about! the same problem

A few tips.

Strange that reinstall didn't fix. Do you have an external display you can connect? I wonder if it is waiting for some input and you can't see it.

I had something similar in my Titan Mobile, but a reinstall of the Titan software solved it for me. I backed up all files i had changed (showfiles and personalities), uninstalled, and reinstalled. Never had a problem after that.

Note that I HAD a external display connected, and that didn't show me anything useful.

Email your log files to Avolites and we will have a look.

Can you check whether the Titan and USB Expert processes are running.

I have to uninstall titan and made an upgrade now

Hi Nicke, sorry I'm late with my reply I'm running a show tonight, so just briefly answering during intermission.

I am as I said running a Titan Mobile, so all my software is on a Laptop computer. Just how to do things on a Tiger i don't know..
