Pearl 2004 USB fail to detect the fixture file(flash drive?)

Sorry...I know this might be the wierdest question in this forum
It's about the USB update for pearl 2004.
Does Avolite needs particularly flash drive to load fixture?
If it doesn't, does it have anything I need to be carefull of when I download the file into the flash drive.
Does it have some sort of order that if I didn't put it right, it'll make the console fail to read the file.
