good afternoon I have a tiger touch with v6, 1 titan was to me and hung on three occasions and is also very lens in the window patching and pallets when loading a show takes about 40 seconds I was in version v5 more I have to haser fast to fix this and I already sent the attachment hase several days I asked those of Avolites but had no reply and I have several presentations on these days and I'm worried that hang in the middle again if someone can show selo appreciate help greetings awaiting responseMy email is iluvenca2008@hotmail.com

I looked at the log files that you sent a couple of weeks back and sent a response back; I am sorry if this did not not get through to you. The logs I was given only went up to the end of October and only showed version 6.0 running. Please could you send more recent logs and the show file or files you are using to repairs at avolites.com.
