We are currently in the process of writing this.
Hopefully it will be finished in time for the next software version.

iPhone and Android apps are intended to be part of the version 7 release as we are making changes to the Titan software to allow the devices to connect. Version 7 is not scheduled to be released for a few months. Please note that these apps are aimed at phones rather than tablets, however the same apps will work on both.
