Have just updated Personality Library

Find that the pictures are gone, fixture, gobo, flowers, effect!

What could have happened?

Can you explain this a little bit more? Which pictures? Those you had already drawn, or the graphic library?

When such makes a Beam / gobo pallet can write, draw, select an image or go to a folder.
In the picture "situation" there were a lot of different finished pictures, gobo, flowers etc.
It was as gray frames with the different folders.

After the update, there are not these gray folders remain on the left side of the pop-up box

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this. Tried several updates now, even - by purpose - with the wrong package (Tiger Touch onto my Mobile computer). Everything without any problem.

I'd suggest:
1) run the update again
2) if this fails, download the personality library again, and try an update.
3) if this fails, update again, and click on the button 'Show Details'. When the update is finished, do not close the window. Instead, right-click into the window with the long list. Click on 'Copy to clipboard', paste it into a textfile, and please send it by email to me (it's way too long to post it here)
4) also, you might check the file location manually. All the factory sketches live in C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Avolites\Icon Library\Archive\Factory -- this is assuming you're on a windows 7 box. Are there any files?
