Hi all..
i have this tiger touch Serial number T/T845.
upgraded to Titan V6 last month, everything went well.
Untill yesterday, the Touch Screen went Blue Color .
I cannot recover back Titan v5 (with the original V5 USB fitted inside the TT)
says that Error : Cannot write the file
"Y:\ Windows\system32\config\SOFTWARE"

And Titan V6 says : Partition, (Only logical dives may be created)!

and the system wont start up as usuall

"Verifying DMI Pool Data.....
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER"

Desperately need a solution here please

I would suspect the harddrive died.

However, since the recovery installation aof 5.0 and 6.0 is a full installation from scratch, it must work. If not, then definitely the harddrive, SATA-cable, or (worst case) the controller on the motherboard is faulty. If you could fetch another harddrive (preferably an SSD - currently Avo uses Intel Series 330), then it's worth a try.

If you really need to backup some existing show data (from your post I'd say you already overwrote the disk, though): use some backup software which can create an emergency boot stick. Create such a stick on another computer, then boot the console from this stick. I used this procedure several times to get back shows from harddrives I couldn't boot from.

anyway, i told my boss to get 1 Intel SSD 330 HD .
I will update my post here again just right after getting that
new HD fixed..

which spare parts should i get from the IT shop?
Should i get a spare SATA-cable too?

A new SATA cable doesn't cost a fortune - and my old teacher said '80% of all errors are due to a faulty cable', and he was right. Know that nowadays there are SATA cables available with locking connectors. I'd definitely use such a cable. Sometimes the SATA connector can come loose, in particular on the motherboard side. You should check this as well.
