Yes I know there is a form to fill out to get new license, but it is 2 days since I filled out the form and I haven´t got the new license yet.
My problem is that I need my pearl tiger up and running by the end of the day.

I have forwarded this to see if someone can help.

For your and others information I have been told that the reason for this problem is an old internal battery. If you send your console for service this is replaced as standard.

Thanks so much. I have just replaced the battery, so it´s new. Thats kinda why I need the new license. The old battery flattened last sunday.
