Titan Mobile - MidiCon trigger

I would like to use the Elation MidiCon as an external trigger for Titan Mobile. It has a USB "B" out on the back and connects to my PC via USB "A". It connects fine to my computer, but I cannot seem to link it to the Mobile software.
I had used it recently with Elation Emulation software (proprietary) with no problems. The manual for MIdiCon says it generates generic midi so it should be able to work right?

Any suggestions for how to interface this?

Sorry dude, but this won't work. The only MIDI Titan accepts is the 'real thing': MIDI via a MIDI cable and the famous 5pin DIN connector. MIDI via USB isn't supported.
Maybe we should start a poll for this feature - I am damn sure we'd get some clicks

Just curious, but what would you be looking to use the MidiCON for with the TM? I don't know what you would gain over a different midi controller like the BCF 2000, so I'd love to know your plans

Hmm, only via the DIN connector sucks a little bit... Does somebody know if there are controllers who still have it?

For those who need a solution now: I guess a simple USB to MIDI interface (approx. EUR 20), along with Bome's MIDI translator (I would guess the free classic version will do), might do the trick. Well, a bit of an overkill: MIDI from your controller via USB into the computer, MIDI translator converts it to real MIDI, which then is being fed into the console.
If someone is quicker than me in testing this out, please give your feedback.
