Azure Shadow Encoder scrolling only up

Hi everyone,

Yesterday the jogwheel of my Azure Shadow was only jogging the channel upward regardless of if I was rotating them clockwise or conterclockwise. I tried to turn it off and on but the problem was still present.

This morning (after a powered off night) the console was working fine.

Does anyone have already seen a problem like this? It's a bit stressfull considering i'll have a big show friday.

Sounds like it could be a faulty or dirty encoder. I recommend contacting service department direct.
