Playback trigger "sensitivity" on Pearl Expert

Hi All,
I didn't get a chance to ask this question during the V6 training recently, so I thought I'd post it here as it's a rather odd problem one of our users is having.
We have a user who builds shows and runs cues from the playback faders. His problem is that he has multiple different playbacks being triggered when he raises up only one playback fader. It's not localized to just one fader only. If there are ten playbacks containing something, and he raises up the fader on any of them, he'll get some or all of the others triggering. There seems to be no consistency to the problem. I have not been able to replicate the problem in our service department with a fresh show file. I suspect it may be some issue with the user's show file. And so, I wanted to ask if anyone has seen an issue like this? And if so, have you determined the root of the cause?
Also, is there somewhere that the "sensitivity" of the fader can be changed, so that instead of moving it say 2-3% of it's range upwards when the trigger occurs, perhaps 50% is the point? This user is a large person with huge fingers and I'm convinced that he sometimes bumps adjacent faders when trying to trigger cues.
Any thoughts or comments on this odd issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Dan
