USB drivers after update V6

Hello,
I have a problem with my pearl expert.
I have update to V6.
When i start the desk now there titan helcheck told me that the usb panel firmware are not ok
In panel update I try to repair usb driver but a windows ask me: wdapi1100.dll is missing....
After stop the console titan don't want starting?
What can I do?

I think the easiest solution is to run the recovery stick again.

Once this is done you can update panels by opening Usb Console, going to the service tab and then select 'enter boot' followed by 'update'. This should all be explained in the upgrade guide. As far as I am aware you do not need to repair usb driver.

The healthcheck of mine Expert also says that the usb panel firmware has to updated.

Also the mousepad on my key isn't working anymore.

Updating the firmware is a normal requirement, and is done within minutes in the USB Expert Console quite easily.

As for the Keypad, I'd suspect you might re-check the BIOS settings (in particular the 'USB keyboard support' (in the Super iO submenu, I believe)

I checked in bios and the usb keyboard support is on.
