CLEAR not clearing all fixtures

Hi,

I have a Tiger Touch - in programming I've recently found out that "Clear" does not clear all fixtures. if I have values on all of my fixtures (like all are on blue), I have 2 that stay lit after "Clear" - any thoughts? The fixtures are an American DJ Mega Bar 50 Color strip (Avo Fixture was incorrect so I created my own) and an American DJ P56P (fixture provided from Avo). Thanks!

Is this a repeatable condition?

(with no playbacks running):
- Select all fixtures
- Wheel up intensity
- Clear
- Repeat

Do some fixtures stay lit and if so are they always the same ones?

Yes - I can reproduce it consistantly - it is always the same 2 fixture types - I've attached a zip file with the personalities if that helps http://www.tclient.com/todd/tad_adj_ps.zip

The P56 fixture doesn't work because it has no dimmer. There is a dimmer attribute but it does not exist in the mode. To fix this it should be added to the mode, the channel offset set to nothing (delete the value) and then red, green and blue should be set to be virtually controlled by dimmer.

The Mega Bar doesn't work because the attribute ID for dimmer is set to 'dimmer1'. It should be changed to 'dimmer' which will make it work as HTP.

Thanks for the quick response. I appreciate it. Just one "newbie" question - How do I, in the Personality Builder, tell the dimmer value to update the red/green/blue values? Is this the "Update" field? Thanks!!

No. Update is used for conditional functions.

On the left in the mode section select the red, green and blue attributes (hold shift or ctrl to multiple-select). Select the properties tab bottom-right then choose 'dimmer' from the drop-down options in the virtual controller field bottom-right.
