Titan crashed during show...

Postby frontal » 20 Jan 2012, 23:54

I have earlier reported that my Titan mobile-setup wont start the effect-editor OR the pixel-mapper...becouse it seizes if I am trying.
but tonight it got worse!

The Titan Mobike console just stopped responding, leavineg the software operational, but the console itself just stopped...
I had to competely restart the console (pull out the usb`s and restart)

This is not good, and I am starting to have problem with having confidence in it in live-enviroments...and I really need it for live-work!

Please write to software@avolites.com

And: please be prepared to give as much information as possible, like
- run the log collector, and have the logs ready to send
- have the showfile ready to send
- other information, like language settings, network, USB devices

And finally, when everything is sorted, may I ask you to come back and post here?

There is definitely more to it than that. Runs fine here on W7 64bit. No doubt there is a common factor but I don't know if this has been found yet. If you have time I think it would be useful to make contact as suggested in order to help solve.
