Maybe the services are not terminated correctly after closing the program. Check taskmanager for running service named 'USBExpertService' and 'ActiceFixtureService'

which version of simulator are you running? which version of windows?
- did you already activate it (Simulator)? Maybe the window is sitting in the background, waiting for your input - toggle with Alt+Tab
- see the previous answer: maybe the services are not terminated correctly before starting Simulator again. So: was it running before?
- find and rename the file SHUTDOWN.d4b (in User\AppData\Roaming\Avolites\Titan)
and please, in order to help improving the software, write what you do/did, and maybe the answer to the questions above

Thanks so much icke_siegen
- i already activate the simulator and worked for the first time that i open it.
- i restarted my computer several times, and opened only the simulator.
- when i start the tiger touch, it opens the Virtual panel but the simulator stays in the "starting titan" window and do not open.
- i openend the titan simulator for the first time, it worked, and i load the demo show and was the last recorded. it seems titan load that show everytime i turn on the simulator but only in the virtual panel, the simulator stands in a freeze mode as i describe above.
theres any way to load a blank show to see what happen?
im using titan in a win xp 32 bits sp3, i have another computer with the same operating system and works just fine.
thanks for all the help

Hi,
sounds like the last point in my list:
find and rename the file SHUTDOWN.d4b (in User\AppData\Roaming\Avolites\Titan)
on my XP box the path is
C:\Documents and Settings\my_name\Application Data\Avolites\Titan
