Cue list release on page change

Is there a way / setting /option to have active cue lists release when u change pages, i know this sounds a little counter intuitive but it would be handy when just sticking a small stack of colours gobos when busking a band on multiple pages. Perhaps if u had the option of setting a release time too. Ideally this could be a global / playback specific option.
