does the new Pearl Expert Change tipes of Fixtures???
on tours one day can be VL and the Other Mac2k and the next PR...
we all know that others brands does it.
we´re planing to get one for a project, after i´ve seen it at the PALM EXPO in Beijing... but the guy in the booth was Chinesse with a poor english and he does not understud me...

Hi Gianfranco,

yes: the feature is called Fixture Exchange, and is exactly described in the manual (and implemented since v.3 - though in another menu): if the other day you have a similar setup, but different types of lights, you might patch the new ones onto the same handles you used previously, and the desk gives you the option to replace them. Works quite well, with inherent limitations of course (different gobos, different color systems and such - but it's really handy - essentially, you keep the better part of your programming).
