fader profiles

New to this forum and to Avolites in general. I'm contemplating getting a Pearl to control my lighting rig. I've had a cursory read of the Pearl 2010 manual, and was looking specifically for the ability to create fader profiles. I'm not sure if this is correct terminology in Avolites parlence, but in a nutshell, I need to be able to make custom curves for the fade up/down rates for the RGB LED fixtures I have. I have 12 identical models, but their ramp up luminosity is not the same between them. For example, if my DMX value for fixture #1 for the blue channel was 115 and I was getting 50% brightness, another identical fixture might be giving me 30% brightness at the same setting. This would cause havoc if I assigned theses fixture's to a submaster and attempted to get the same color out of al of them. One would , e.g., give me a nice cyan while the fixture next to it would be more of a teal color. I'm thinking the way to solve this is to be able to set a custom curve for each DMX channel in which I have these types of disparate responses. I'm thinking the answer must be in the manual, but as I said, I don't know Avolites-speak well yet and I'm thinking one of you experts out there know this off the top of your head. Anxiously awaiting enlightenment so I can finalize purchasing decisions.
