Titan Mobile - Printing

Postby rabeiler » 07 Mar 2011, 12:05

Are there any options for being able to print information from Titan Mobilie? I am specifically looking at printing patch information - similar to HOG. I can do screen shots of window layouts, etc - but it would be really beneficial to be able to print out all of the patches on each universe.

At the moment there is no way to print any information from the Titan Mobile at present I'm afraid - it has been mentioned before, and will be looked at for future software versions.

Emma - no worries. I still love the console. I can still get what I need, just change my paperwork habits a bit. I searched the forum for printing topics for titan mobile and did not find anything - that is why i sent the question.

Here's to future versions!

Hi Ross,

until this is fully implemented in the desk, here is a little solution: transfer the showfile to a computer connected to the internet, and upload it at www.avolites.de/test/d4z - this will make you a patch list.

Please note:
- it's a privately hacked little parser, not (yet?) Avolites-approved
- since I don't know some of the future implementations, I cannot give any warranty - the only thing I can say: it works for me
- no data stored there (except for the usual webserver logs)

Please direct any feedback to me (s-beutel@gmx.de), or PM me.

Hi, what do you mean with 'export'?

- export from desk: simply safe the showfile on a stick
- export from the converter: well, I simply printed into a PDF printer, for portability. Well, if you let me know what you need (like: CSV), it might be possible to implement, too.

sorry, but what i want to say was that i looked for a way to export a patchlist (excel or txt file) from Tiger Touch Console and i couldn't find that option in there.

I started looking here @ the discussion forum and found your great solution so thnx again :-)

It did exactly what i needed :!:

Titan v6 is about to touch down...

I update my little patchlist tool at http://www.avolites.de/test/d4z/ so that it can handle v6 showfiles as well. However, any feedback is highly appreciated - I just did it as good as possible.

Please know that for the next few weeks I decided to store parts of the uploaded showfiles, in order to have stuff for testing. I hope you don't mind.

Best, Sebastian

Just tried this - very useful tool Sebastian.

I am still oldschool and like some printed / PDF material for reference.

Keep up the good work

Again I applied some changes:

Now, once a file is uploaded, you can use the link to the uploaded file to re-check your list without the need to upload again - you can add the link to your bookmarks if you wish.

An example: the famous Avolites Demo Show is here: http://www.avolites.de/test/d4z/?file=1 ... 3456789012

Also, you can delete the uploaded file if you wish (the Demo Show cannot be deleted).

This is not a vault for your shows, and I do not plan to implement a full-fledged user administration. However, it might be handy this way.
