Hi Boys and girls...

I got a problem on my pearl expert, i am doing a show. and using alkalites TP81 for the first time, but when i patch a 48 channel and locates it. only one field lights up? is it supposed to do this?

what do i do?

In the .d4 personality Locate for this fixture sets all RGB values to zero and dimmer to full (amongst other things). I don't see why any cell should be on, but I would agree this is probably wrong and doesn't match the .r20 files.

You can adjust this in Personality Builder.
