Cue list and chases

Postby SL » 07 Dec 2010, 13:29

Hi,

When i`m using a cuelist, why isn`t it then possible to use a chase? It is possible, but the problem is that the cuelist stops working, and i have to reload the cuelist when the chase is done. Is there an option to change that?

Ok...

A cuelist with moving heads, with 2 steps (step 1 yellow, step 2 magenta, for instance). Fade time to 0, kill at 0. Then make a chase with some blinders or so. Make the cuelist and use him, but when you then raise the chase, the cue list wil stop, and you have to raise hem again...

And that sucks a little, cause you cant use a chase and cuelist at the same time, for a break in the music for instance.

The cuelist does not stop but if you have autoconnect to chases enabled then the chase control section will swap to the chase when you run it.

Solutions:

-Manually reconnect to cuelist.
-Change user setting to autoconnect cuelist only or turn off autoconnect completely.
-Use an associated grey or blue button for go/stop (via playback options/key profiles).
-Lock the connection to the cue-list. (connect/[softkey B])
