I have a Pearl Expert problem...
We had a power cut in the middle of doing a recovery, now when our console fires up it's saying:

WINDOWS COULD NOT START BECAUSE THE FOLLOWING FILE IS MISSING OR CORRUPT:
<WINDOWS ROOT>\SYSTEM32\HAL.DLL.
PLEASE REINSTALL A COPY OF THE ABOVE FILE.
The console won't even read the recovery cd now, is this a major problem?
